Future Plans

Significant continued investment is planned for Carrick Campus over the next 5 years. Plans are at an advanced stage for a complete refurbishment and total energy upgrade of Phase 2 of the building. These works are estimated to be completed in Q1 2026.

State of the art Advanced Technology Facility

It is proposed to redevelop the ground floor of the atrium area into a state-of-the-art technology facility. Consideration is currently being given to the realisation of this vision.
