At Carrick Business Campus we are very much focussed on improving sustainability as part of our core strategy for the future. The Business Campus achieved 100% Renewable Electricity Rating in respect of 2023. In order to promote sustainable transport for clients and visitors to the Campus, EV Charging and Bike storage facilities are available on the Campus site.
Carrick on Shannon has been identified as a Decarbonization Zone in which a range of climate mitigation, adaptation and biodiversity measures have been identified to address local low carbon energy, greenhouse gas emissions and climate needs to contribute to national climate action targets.
